Week 47 Trade Offs

This week was super busy but fun!  We hiked to the beach and got some pics and put our toes in the water on P-Day.  We did a lot of door knocking and had a lesson with one of our investigators Louis. She is an eternigator. But she is super cool. Our lesson with her went really well! Then we door knocked some more. And met some cool people!  We had a lesson with Joe one of the recent converts in our ward. He is super cool! Then we drove an hour to Kalamazoo for interviews with our mission president. They went super well! Then we went and had dinner at the Kalamazoo University Branch with the Elders. After that we met up with the STL's and had trade offs. I went with SIster Eisert and Sister Nording went with Sister Child. We had a ton of fun! Sister Eisert is like my new best friend! :)
Friday we weekly planned and had a lesson with our investigator Rolfe. He is catholic and is in his 70's he is pretty cool. And our lesson went really well. We commited him to pray about Joseph Smith and the Book of Mormon. So we are excited to see how that goes. Then we went to dinner with some members. And then came home and door knocked some more. Saturday we door knocked a lot and got some super cool potentials. So that was a miracle! Then we went and saw Sister Cox she is such a sweet lady. She joined the church not to long ago but can't come because of health problems. She is such a sweetheart. Sunday we went to church had a couple ward meetings and then door knocked a little bit. Then we went and had dinner at the Smiths home. They are super nice! Anyways love and miss you all!
Love, Sister Gittins
